One of Madison’s best places to visit, the Chazen Museum of Art (Chazen), is a place where you can enjoy and experience fine art. Chazen has more than 20,000 works on display, and its collection includes American paintings from 19th century French Impressionism to Italian Renaissance paintings. The museum displays traditional African sculptures, Asian arts, and contemporary works. Chazen offers guided tours every Saturday at 12:30 pm for free during the fall and spring semesters.
